General Rules


  1. The contest is free of charge and is open to Cub Scout (Pengakap Kanak-kanak) and Special Scout (Pengakap Khas).

  2. Participation is in INDIVIDUAL, not work in groups.

  3. Participants must complete the colouring competition by themselves without assistance from a third party.

  4. Each participant must submit no more than 1 artwork.

  • Most "FB Like" Award

  • Most Creative Award


Special Scout

  • Top 3 Winners (Primary School)

  • Top 3 Winners (Secondary School)

  • Most "FB Like" Award

  • Most Creative Award


** The result of the contest is final, and no changes will be made after the result announcement.

** The winners will be announced during the closing ceremony.
